Hi Ron,
Yes that is Ramon PZ5RA in the middle.  He is the one I stayed with as PZ5AY.  Ramon has an interesting history with CW and a good CW op.  He fancied our WinKeyers, so when I got home built one up for him and sent it down as a present.

Taking tour of the nearby Paramaribo was interesting and a nice memory Ramon!
