[ADXA] ADXA Most Needed List

During a discussion about our ADXA Most Needed List Roger, N5QS, brought 
up a good point. Right now we have some entities that actually tie for a 
most needed slot. For example, of the 23 members who have submitted 
their list, the country of AAA may be needed by 20 members and country 
BBB may also be needed by 20 members. When this occurs, the tie is 
broken by which one has the highest most needed ranking on Club Lob. We 
actually have a couple of entities that are in a three or four way tie.

In order to better define the need, Roger recommended we identify the 
need by percentage. For example of the 23 respondents if 15 needed 
Country AAA and 15 needed Country BBB that would reveal that 65% of our 
members need both entities rather than to rely on a tie breaker from 
Club Log.

This afternoon J, N5LKE, whipped up a revision to the list by adding a 
column to the spreadsheet that leaves the ranking in place but adds an 
ADXA Needed Percentage.

We will be placing the ADXA Most Needed List on our website in a day or 
so for everyone to see. Please continue to keep this updated by sending 
your info to J. If you have not submitted your list please do so.
