[ADXA] DXCC entity #468 (DXCC prefix 3DA) from "Swaziland" to "Kingdom of Eswatini"

I thought the above was interesting and if you keep your logging DXCC
database up to date, you will want to update the above.  As near as I can
tell was done last November 15, 2019.  I was doing a Compare with LOTW to my
logging program and the above was flagged.  Now updated all is good since
the last upload/download.

 

Special thanks to AA6YQ for bring this to my attention.  

 

I am sure Bill K5FUV can provide some further info on the above.
