[ADXA] Its ADXA Conference Time !!!!!

ADXA Folks,

Looking forward to seeing everyone who has registered and can make it 
this weekend.

A couple of logistics notes:

1. Tomorrow evening (Friday) the hospitality suite will open around 5:00 
PM. It is located on the second floor in Rooms 223-224. Complimentary 
snacks, soda, beer & wine will be available compliments of Pat, W5VY, 
Joel W5ZN, Kim Harrison and Holly Roderick. We will have our "ADXA Meets 
Here" sign posted in the hallway in case you're wandering around and get 
lost! It is an informal "come and go" with no activity planned. We will 
most likely close it up around 9:00 or 10:00 depending on how things are 
going.

2. Saturday morning our meeting will be in Salon B-C on the first floor. 
Registration packets will be available for pickup beginning at 8:00 AM 
and the meeting room will be open at that time for visiting, telling a 
DX lie (or two) or maybe even a true DX story!. Coffee will be 
available. We will begin our conference program at 9:00 AM.

3. Our luncheon will be in Salon D at 12:00 Noon. We will have the 
presentation of the 2019 DX Hog Award, a recognition award to present 
and, as customary for our out of state special guest, an Arkansas 
Traveler certificate signed by the Governor for Ward.

4. Our conference will conclude around 5:00 PM at which time the 
hospitality suite will again be open in Room 223-224.

Kevin, N5DX/ZF2DX, will be with us most of the day Saturday and we are 
pleased that his wife, Jennifer, will join us for lunch. Ward, N0AX, 
will be arriving sometime Friday evening (he's driving in from St. 
Charles, MO). He's not sure of the exact time however if he arrives 
early enough he will come to the hospitality suite. He will be with us 
all day Saturday and in the hospitality suite Saturday evening for a 
couple of hours. His wife Ellen will be with him however she plans to 
spend the day in Eureka Springs visiting her niece.

Safe travels to those driving up tomorrow and early Saturday morning. 
I'm very much looking forward to seeing everyone. We really have some 
great things lined up for this year's conference!
