[ADXA] New DXCC

HI Rory,

Congrats Rory on the CW award!  

 

Kathy WQ5T (the XYL here) applied for her first DXCC Sunday night.  They must have a short staff as it took two days for them to get to the LOTW application, hi.  My last application was the week before and it only took them the same day!  

 

I just love LOTW! 

 

If they had got to the application on Monday instead of Tuesday I think there would have been a great chance of getting her award by Friday.   We will see.

 

As all of you folks know been bragging a lot about Kathy and so very proud of her.  Mainly for putting up with me and my advice while she was chasing DX.  It was NOT easy for her to listen to my advice mainly on timing issues that take time to learn.  Not keying up fast enough or keying up too fast, etc.  My endless comments on listening!  This is just something one has to learn over time.  She will get there and she did NOT serve me with divorce papers during all this.
