Well, I see him spotted on 14011.8. There is about nothing I need on 20. But, just for the heck of it I check. Worked him before but no card. In fact, I worked him on 10, 20 and 40 over the years with no cards. He isn't on LOTW. So, I guess I'll be sending him cards for 40 and 20 meter CW. You just never know. Steve, QQ
