A bit late, but delay seems to be related to the manager transferring the QSLs in a bundle sent to New York to a friend and THEN they were sent from there, postmarked in New York and having a USA stamp, nothing from LZ land.. Happens a lot, saves the manager a lot of money. 3 months getting here is a bit long by OQRS standards.
