[ADXA] ADXA Most Wanted List

During our June meeting in Hot Springs a discussion ensued pertaining to 
our criteria for evaluating donation requests from DXPeditions. We 
focused on an effort to better define the need among ADXA members as 
opposed to the general need from North America.

J, N5LKE and Pat, W5VY volunteered to whip up a draft to get started. J 
has completed the initial work and it is attached. It is an Excel 
spreadsheet format. Please enter your data and return this to J at 
n5lke at arrl.org

If you do NOT have Excel capabilities don't worry, this is the initial 
test and we need folks to send in their details to test the system and 
we will capture your data later, but please send your details back to J 
if you do.

Here are some instructions:

1. The countries are in DXCC Entity Code order, NOT alphabetical order, 
however you can sort that column if you want. The file you send to J 
will import correctly.

2. Once you enter your callsign in Row 2 of Column D and hit enter it 
will auto populate the entire column so you do not have to enter it in 
each row.

3. Place an "X" in Column C for the countries you need (your "wanted" 
list). Please note we are only capturing your overall need list, not 
what you need on a specific band but what you need to overall.

4. Save this file and send it to J. He will import your file into the 
master database.

If you have any questions please ask here on the reflector so we can 
make sure we are all on the same page. This is pretty straight forward 
but please ask if you have questions.

This is the beginning of a very good database for ADXA and our members 
need. I want to thank J for his work in getting this project started.
