[ADXA] Member Standings update for Cecil, W5HWU

Cecil, W5HWU, is putting his new 30M Delta Loop to work.  He's added nine
new ones on 30M.  Recent contacts are Angola, Madeira Islands, Slovak Rep,
Chile, Togo and Galapagos Islands.  He says the Loop is much quieter on RX
than his 30M Vertical.

I got a LOTW QSL for XX9D which brings me to 329 current.  There is hope
that I might make the honor roll one of these years!

Several propagation experts have predicted that Cycle 25 will be much like
Cycle 24 in Sun Spot activity.  While that isn't great news,  most
predictors discount the notion that were are on the leading edge of another
Maunder Minimum.

Saw the announcement by Bill, W5SJ, that he and his buddies are heading to
Hiva Oa (OC-027) in the Marquesas Islands (FO-M) in November.  We are all
green with envy Bill.  However, I'm thinking this could just be a cover
story for a sneak attack on Bouvet??
