[ADXA] Comments on XR0?

I needed them on 40 and 80. Finally worked them on CW. I was told they
weren't using WSJT on FT8, thus all the problems there. I can't comment
on the way things went as I wasn't there and wouldn't want to be
judgemental without all the facts. I heard they had a high noise
level. I know their rates were pretty frustrating. Thank God they were
there as long as they were.
