Subject: [ADXA] Z6 Kosovo

Several DX news outlets are reporting that Kosovo, Z6, is now a new DXCC
entity. There has not been an official announcement from ARRL however I do
know the DXCC rules were changed this weekend by ARRL Board action (without
the DX Advisory Committee consent).

As we say, WFWL (Work First, Worry Later) and maybe there will be some
official word from ARRL today.
