[ADXA] Bouvet 3Y0I Spots This Morning

Folks,

As you saw yesterday the current Bouvet Team, 3Y0I, issued their latest 
press release. This morning, there have been 20 meter SSB spots for 
3Y0I. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS of these spots as they are most likely a slim 
(for our newer DX'ers, a "slim" is a pirate, not the real DX).

Even through the 3Y0I group have been very clandestine in their plans 
they have stated they will advise when they set sail, or are close to 
arrival in Bouvet.

If you see a spot or hear a station signing 3Y0I in the near term be 
cautious but WFWL (Work First, Worry Later).
