[ADXA] Welcome to ADXA's 50th Anniversary Convention

I'm excited about Saturday and look forward to seeing everyone! It will be
a very special day to mark ADXA's 50th anniversary.

I want to extend a very special welcome to you and thank you for registering.

Here are a few details.

When you arrive please report to the registration desk just outside our
meeting room, Silver City 5, to pick up your registration packet. It will
contain a welcome letter and agenda, your meal ticket, your prize ticket,
a complimentary copy of The Weekly DX and a few other items.

The registration desk will be staffed beginning at 8:00 AM and coffee will
be available in the meeting room.

Our presentations will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and will end at 3:00 PM.
We must vacate the room at 3:00 PM so the hotel staff can prepare for a
large Christmas Party that evening, however we have a Hospitality Suite
available from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM for those who may want to stay and
visit a while longer. Complimentary water, soft drinks, beer and wine will
be available.
