[ADXA] ADXA Registration Deadline Today

Greetings,

Very much looking forward to this weekend and seeing everyone. Just a
reminder that today is the deadline for registration. Please check the
"Who's Attending" list on our website to ensure you are listed if you have
registered. If not, please let me know.

There are a few ADXA members who usually attend our meetings that have not
yet registered. If you are one of these, please do so or simply advise me
you will not be able to attend. We want to make sure everyone is included
that wants to be.

Also, if you don't see someone on the list that you know is planning to
attend please remind them to register. If there is some reason they are
unable to register today, please have them contact me and we can make
arrangements. The registration cutoff is based on our requirement to
provide the hotel an accurate number of folks to ensure we have adequate
room accommodations as well as the meal count.

We currently have 44 registered folks from all over Arkansas as well as
three other states. It is really great to see some of our northwest
Arkansas members and DX'ers able to make the trip.

Thanks again for everyon'e support and again I'm very much looking forward
to this weekend's event.
