[ADXA] wondering about 1st Q newsletter

I just now checked the ADXA website and the 1Q 2017 newsletter opens fine
on this end.

There won't be anything in there about Russellville since the newsletter
was issued before the March 4 hamfest.

I did include a very brief report on Russellville in my March 10 email to
the reflector with the subject "Bored? Turn on the Radio!"
