[ADXA] 50th anniversary of ADXA

Want to thank those in attendance yesterday, a great turnout for our first NW AR part of state having hosted an ADXA quarterly event in decades, our 50th year in existence as a statewide organization. Sorry some long time members and some local non-member DXers could not attend for family reasons or ham conventiona duties.

Thank you for the following ADXA officers for taking the time to drive to Springdale and meet so many new hams that were part of other amateur radio clubs in NW AR.

   Hope you guys liked your “special” QSL prizes from long ago, VK9DJ and VS5TJ blank cards that we used as club QSL managers back in the late 1960s. I kept a few all these years.

There were several DXers in this area who mentioned the idea of car pooling to Little Rock in September. Lets hope for another good turnout in central Arkansas.
