Bernie, W3UR with "The Daily DX" and "The Weekly DX" reports the following:

JH1AJT, Zorro, received the XZ1A official license from the Posts and
Telecommunications Department.  The four man team began operations
today just after 0800Z with activity being reported on 160, 40, 17, 15
and 12 Meters CW and SSB.  They are expected to remain QRV until
November 22nd.
