[ADXA] TL8AO Now On !

Ken, LA7GIA is in Central African Republic now as TL8AO. He fired up
yesterday and will be there until November 22. He signal yesterday,
received on a dipole, was very strong on 30 meters. TL0A was just on a few
weeks ago however it is always a VERY good idea to work both stations and
have them in the log just in case one of them doesn't "pan out". Ken,
TL8AO says he will be uploading his entire log to LoTW on November 23, so
another good reason to get Ken in your log.
