Well, conditions were pretty sad. Only had 51 Q's on 17 and 20m. Tried 30m with no luck.

Second trip here but primarily to hike the Glorieta Battlefield Trail. In March, 1862, soldiers fought the Civil War Battle of Glorieta Pass near Santa Fe.
Sometimes referred to as the "Gettysburg of the West," this little known yet decisive battle was one of the few fought in the West. Much of the battlefield is now located within the boundaries of Pecos National Historical Park.

Pecos was a Cultural Crossroads. Between the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Glorieta Pass lies the Pecos Valley. For over 10,000 years this landscape has been the backdrop to a continuously unfolding story of human culture: Pueblo and Plains Indians, Spanish conquerors and missionaries, Mexican and Anglo armies, and settlers traveling the Santa Fe Trail.
