[ADXA] ARRL deletes Kingman Reef (KH5/K) from DXCC

My tears are heavily flowing now for you guys. HI  Sorta like dancing, 2 
steps forward and 4 steps backwards ...  Sure knocked a hole in the head of 
the guys that were planning Kingman for late this year or early 2017.. Joint 
control with F&W was OK for a while but the Navy getting out of the 'game' 
is a true change in administration rules. Glad the ARRL made the decision to 
delete Kingman. Other likely similar deletions may be in store by end of 
2017 from what I hear.
