Saturday is our quarterly meeting. If you have not responded yet to Earl
and you will be attending, please do ASAP so he and Sharon can adequately
plan. Thanks again for their gracious offer to host our meeting.

Here is a draft agenda of items to discuss Saturday:

    - Requests for sponsorship: 3C7GIA, FT7JA Juan de Nova, TX7EU
Marquesas, VK9CK Cocos Keeling
    - What is our criteria for sponsorship. This is NOT a proposal to
change anything, just update everyone of our existing criteria

3. Membership Recruitment Mailing to DXCC members in Arkansas

4. Hosting DX Forums at select Arkansas events

5. ADXA Stats List

6. ADXA Web Site

7. ADXA Annual Meeting

And, of course, lots of DX talk and a tour of the N5ZM Superstation! Look
