[ADXA] Frustrated

VP8STI has been particularly difficult. I managed to work them on 20 SSB the other day on a rare opening, but most of the time haven't even been able to hear a whisper from them. W5EN and I spent a couple of hours at the BAT station this afternoon and with a low noise level and high antenna, were unable to hear anything at all from them on 20 and 17 SSB. We did hear K5P on 15 CW and worked him for the club station. He was only about S3 to S5.

For K5P, 15 meters in the late afternoon seems to be the best, and for VP8STI, late afternoon and early evening on 20.
