[ADXA] LOTW

I know nothing about Mac's, and Lotw in general can be a big mystery when you have a problem.   I have called ARRL Hq just a couple of times about it, and both times, Norm Fusaro has been amazingly helpful.  He drops whatever else he is doing to help you, and his knowledge is encyclopedic.   He doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting his day or that your question is stupid.    Whatever they're paying him, it isn't enough!
