Mon - arrived. Looked for PTT office. Took 1 hr with several folks giving directions. Town's not that big. Finally spotted a beam and introduced myself to P43DJ. He kindly took 
Me to office. Lady not in. 
Tues- went to office. Just took me 30 min this time. Got paperwork. Go to bank.. 30 min wait but very efficient.
Paid invoice. Back to PTT to show payment, sign forms, get license...
Cost-  drum roll please $ 124.....,
Ouch!! I think that's a record for me.
Have to sort out antenna issues...
Only cactus around! On air ??
