[ADXA] New Member Stats - Jack, N5KG

Roger, N5QS, visited Jack, N5KG this week.  Jack is still having speech
trouble and difficulty with his right arm.  A planned surgery has been
rescheduled for December.  We all wish you a speedy recovery Jack.

Roger processed an online DXCC applicaiton for Jack.  Jack has added quite
a few new band counters on the higher bands.  Jack has a good start toward
5 Band DXCC.  Maybe some new ones can be found on 80/40M this winter.
