Dear friends,

 

I am the team leader of the new 2014' Polish Dxpedition to Christmas Island
consisting of eight Polish Hams see  <http://www.vk9xsp.dxing.pl/>

After our successful expeditions to PJ5 (2010&2011), 5T0SP (2012 - 5th
expedition of the world), PJ7PT (2013), J88HL (2013- 4th expedition of the
world) our new target is Christmas Island. 

We have been granted by Australian Authorities by the special call sign
VK9XSP and are fully ready for the trip. 

We noticed that VK9X is on the 67th world wide and on 28th position most
wanted countries in North America according to the ClubLog report so we are
taking directional antenna even on the low bands and we are going to pay the
special attention for this region of the world.

There is long way from Poland to Christmas Isl and with huge baggage
quantity and high level of prices on the island our expedition becomes the
most costly in our history.

We are kindly asking your Club for any possible support which will be very
much appreciated and helps us to work more effective.
