[ADXA] New Member Stats for Roger, N5QS

Roger, N5QS, has provided updated Stats.  Roger has achieved the "300" mark for total DXCC entities verifiied with 297 of the current list verified.  He has also bumped his Digital mode number over 100 for a new mode DXCC.  Looks like Roger has been taking advantage of the good conditions and added to his Desoto Challenge total....now at 1276.  Great progress Roger!
