SILENT KEY. It is with great sadness to report that my friend, NODXA
member and propagation guru Lee C. Wical, KH6BZF, of Kaneohe, Hawaii,
became a Silent Key on May 2nd after a period of declining health. He
was 79. Lee supplied OPDX the propagation forecast for many year. The
ARRL Web page has a nice write-up about Lee at:

OPDX and its readers would like to send out our deepest sympathy to the
family and friends of KH6BZF (KH6 Bloomin' Zipper Flipper). Your Editor
