I know some of you have already started electronic applications this year. 
Please remember as with each year we do not start processing the current year 
until all of the previous year’s work is done then I run the Annual and Honor 
Roll lists. Once these are done then we will begin 2014.


I estimate 3-4 more weeks before we totally complete 2013 for me to run these 
lists. Please hold off on sending any applications for this time as they 
cannot be processed.


Also, please advise your applicants of this as they may be unaware of the 
added delay
