[ADXA] New Stats for K5UZ and N5ZM

New member stats have been submitted and posted from David, K5UZ and Earl, N5ZM.   David, in the process of "unpacking" boxes from his move to the Little Rock Area, found some old shoe boxes with some really juicy cards!  Based on what Dave told me, he should have arranged to have Geraldo Rivera there with a film crew to document the opening of the "lost shoe boxes"!  David is preparing a big paper submission for Bill, NC1L.  He predicts a big jump is band totals once the new credits are verified.

Earl, our friendly DX Hog, has been doing some serious "rooting around" during 2013 and has furnished end of year stats.  Earl does have some impressive totals with over 300 on 7 bands and with 2776 for the Desoto Challenge.  He is closing in on 6M DXCC during a time when there has been very sparse F layer activity on 6M.   To achieve numbers like his you have to be turned on and tuned in ALL the time.  I'm guessing Sharon has at least one boyfriend.  Good work Earl....oink oink!

I got a nice T-Shirt from one of my daughters for Christmas.  It has a radio tower on the front with "Ham Radio is a Contact Sport".  Pretty cool.
