I sent this to several of the DX and contest reflectors around the area with 
the hope it would cut down on problems at Ham-Com.  If you think it is worth

With the help of ARRL checkers from TX, OK, AR and IN, we will be conducting 
card checking for DXCC awards at the Lone Star DX Association booth at 
Ham-Com.  We can also check WAS, VUCC, and WAC applications.

Card checking will be available during show hours on Friday and sporadically 
on Saturday, and especially sporadically during the Saturday W5DXCC programs, 
so Friday is best.  We are limiting checking to 110 cards per applicant.  
Applications with more than 110 cards will be checked only if time permits.

If you want your cards checked please do the following:

- Use the Online DXCC Application From and Record Sheet at

https://p1k.arrl.org/onlinedxcc/

- Pay online then print, sign, and date your completed application.

- Sort your cards per your printed record sheet

- Bring your completed application, record sheet and sorted cards to the LSDXA 
booth, preferably on Friday morning.

- We will check your cards as quickly as possible but since we usually get 40 
to 50 applications at Ham-Com it may take some time so plan on leaving your 
cards and picking them up later.

- You will not need a stamped envelope addressed to ARRL for checking at 
Ham-Com as LSDXA will ship all the checked applications to ARRL.
