[ADXA] Updated Member Stats: K9IW, W5JAY and W5VY

I'm only a month late announcing that I updated the stats for Bill, K9IW,  Bill 
added a few to his already outstanding portfolio.  Also, new stats posted for 
Jay, W5JAY.  Jay has been working hard at the DX game and his results reflect 
it.  He's within striking distance of Honor Roll status now....just a few more 
DXpeditions should do it.  I also added the counters from my last DXCC 
submission. I got a 1500 sticker for my Challenge Award.  I used the "Online 
DXCC" tool and only screwed up one Q/Card.  Earl told me the rules but I missed 
one. 


Field Day this weekend.  Go out and find a club in your area and contribute to 
the melee on 40M SSB!

Enjoyed seeing everyone at the meeting in Hot Springs.
