[ADXA] W5BPT Updated Stats

[Pat Patterson]

Frank, W5BPT, has provided an update to his DXCC stats.  Frank has continued to add band counters for 40M through 6M.  He has pushed his DeSoto Challenge Award total to 2427.  A number bested in ADXA only by Rick, K5UR at 3270 and Earl, N5ZM at 2664.  Anything over 2000 is pretty amazing in my book.
