[ADXA] VP8/LZ2UU QSL Route?

I worked Yordan, VP8/LZ2UU, South Sandwich, on 10 CW back in November 2003.  
I've sent three QSL requests to the QRZ listed address for Yordan in Sofia, 
Bulgaria, over the years with IRCs, GS, etc. with no response.  The QRZ.com 
listed address matches a note left by Yordan on the IK3QAR QSL site in 2009.    
I haven't tried registered mail yet .... not sure what the postal system 
situation is in Bulgaria? Can't find e-mail for him either.

It's starting to look like DXpeditions to that part of the world are going to be 
more expensive and less frequent.  Anyone have a LZ friend who might be able to 
shed some light or any suggestions?  It might be that I'm not in the log and he 
just isn't returning my card?
