Frank, N7FF, has provided new stats.  Frank is up to 270 Mixed and has added 
quite a few new ones on 30M and 17M.  Frank is on the home stretch for the 
Desoto Challenge with 876 confirmed now.  Looks like Frank's new antenna is 
working well.

The League has acknowledged the deletion of Malyj Vysotskij Island (MVI) R1MV.  
MVI is no longer included in the new Saimaa Canal Treaty finalized between 
Finland and Russia on February 17th, 2012.  The DX Desk will not be updating the 
DXCC system until after all pending 2011 submission have been processed.  As I 
mentioned earlier this week  #1 Honor Roll will be 340 and the Honor Roll entry 
level will drop from 332 to 331.  I'll update the member stats page after the 
DXCC system is updated.
