[ADXA] DX - Contesting Forum at Hanging Judge Hamfest

A note from David Norris -

We will be having a DXing - Contesting forum this Saturday at 10:15AM as
part of the Ft. Smith hanging Judge Hamfest.  The line up includes N5OK
from the DXAC, K5GO, myself and possibly K3LR.  We will be running short
presentations and having a rounddtable discussion.
