Given the rules change - /a person can only be a TRUSTEE for ONE club
license -- however, clubs may have more than one license -- and a
different trustee for each/ - I would like to nominate Pat Patterson,
W5VY, as the Trustee.

Please advise.

The procedure is very simple.

You may download ARRL/VEC Form 605-C, the document for Club Licensing at:

http://www.arrl.org/fcc-forms (sixth or eighth block down) (6^th or
8^th block down)

Fill out this simple form, which must be signed by the club license
trustee and by another responsible club official. (The trustee must hold
an FCC issued amateur license)

The responsible club official must be an officer of the club. He or she
MUST NOT be the same person as the club license trustee!)

And due to recent rules changes -- a person can only be a TRUSTEE for
ONE club license -- however, clubs may have more than one license -- and
a different trustee for each

Mail or ship the original completed and signed form (not a copy or a
fax) to:

ARRL VEC

225 Main Street

Newington, CT 06111

There is no fee for this service.

When we receive it, there is about a 2 day "turn-around time" for the
changes to be registered with the Universal Licensing System database;
which may be seen by accessing www.fcc/gov/wtb/uls.

Within a few more days, websites as www.arrl.org and www.qrz.com will
also display the changes made. In about a week later, your should
receive the paper license document (FCC Form 660) a the address
specified on the license's record
