[ADXA] Batesville Area Radio Club hamfest

The Batesville Area Radio Club will hold its 3rd annual hamfest from 
8:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturday October 10, 2009 at the Southside 
Middle School cafetorium in Southside , AR, just south of Batesville, AR 
on US Hwy 167 south.  The talk in frequency is 147.270 + offset, no 
tone.  There will be no admission charge and no charge for tables.  Good 
food will be available for a reasonable price.  Good fellowship will be 
at no charge.  D&L Antennas, Debco Electronics and Radio Shack will have 
tables set up.  Other vendors have been invited and are welcome. 
 
Tickets will be sold for opportunities to win one of the fabulous door 
prizes.  We have some gift certificates from ARRL, two (2) Yaesu VX-150 
HTs, An Icom V-8000 Hi Power 2M mobile, and an Astron RM 35 35A Power 
Supply for door prizes. 
 
Bring your stuff to sell and trade, your appetites, your lucky rabbits 
foot and your wallet!
