[ADXA] AI5P Caribbean Trip Awards

It was great to see everyone at the Annual Meeting.  In the closing moments
of the meeting I committed a major faux pas.  Rick, AI5P, our globetrotting
DXpeditioner, had mailed the list of winners and associated prizes to me for
his DXpedition to the Caribbean in 2009.  I had planned to make the award
presentation following our program.  I failed to read my own cheat sheet
notes and adjourned the meeting without announcing the winners and
presenting Rick's prizes.  Rick was very gracious in accepting my apologies
and has suggested that we "reload" and announce the winners at the 1st
Quarter, 2010 meeting to be held at Earl, N5ZM's, digs on March 20th.  I'm
sorry for denying the winners the opportunity to bask in glory in front of
the annual meeting crowd!  You just have to "bask" at Earl and Sharron's
place.

 

Rick, we greatly appreciate your efforts to support DXing and the ADXA.
