[ADXA] Arkansas State Convetion/Hamfest

The Benton County Radio Operators Club will be presenting the "Arkansas
State Convention Hamfest" tomorrow in Rogers.  The DX Forum is scheduled for
12:00 noon.  Ron, K5XK, and Jay, W5JAY have pitched in to help me with the
Forum.  Ron will provide info on QSLing, based on his experience as a QSL
manger.  Jay will do a show and tell on his trip to PZ land.  I'm going to
do a short presentation on DXing basics and LOTW.  If you are in the area
