[ADXA] DX Forum at All Arkansas Hamfest

I have committed to presenting a DX Forum at the "ARRL 2009 Arkansas State Convention" in Rogers on April 25th.  The event is being organized by the Benton County Radio Operators club.   Here's a link to their web site: http://bentoncoradiooperators.org/BCRO_2009convention.htm   

We have been given a slot at 11:30am in a room that is about 20ft X 30ft.  We are the last group using the room so time isn't a constraint.  Depending on what presentations I can line up the forum will last an hour or two.  I'm bringing a projector for my notebook.  

I've been beating the bushes for folks to give presentations and have a few tentative takes.  Ron, K5KX, has agreed to do a short session on QSLing....Ron has quite a bit of experience as a manager.   David, K5UZ, gave me a couple of suggestions at the Hangin' Judge Hamfest on Saturday that I'm going to follow up on.   If you have any connections with someone you think might be available in Rogers on the 25th please let me know.

It would be great if we could have a card checker on hand.  I'll check with Earl, N5ZM and Charles, W5NX, to see if either might be available.
