[ADXA] 5Z4/RW1AU QRV on CW Soon

Valery, 5Z4/RW1AU, reports that a keyer has arrived from friends in the
U.S., so look for him to be QRV on CW soon from the 5Z4RS Club Station in
Nairobi.  Until now, Val has been 100% SSB.  Val is as active as possible
during his work assignment in Kenya-at night and on weekends.
