[ADXA] German language shortwave broadcasts

My question is about DXing of another kind.   There is an elderly 
lady in our area who moved from Germany and wants to receive German 
language shortwave broadcasts.      Her favorite station is Radio 
Luxembourg.   It appears they do not broadcast on the HF bands but I 
thought it would be no problem to find other German language 
broadcasts.    So far, I have not found anything, or any resources on 
the internet about SWLing.    Anything I found is badly out of 
date.    It appears shortwave broadcasting is dying off.

I tuned around and found a Radio Austria program in German but so 
far, that is all.   Does anyone know of any SW stations broadcasting 
in German, or can you point me toward any resources or web sites that 
might help?
