Hi All:

As you may have already discovered there are a large number of errors in
the Honor Roll list that was published in August /QST/.

An apparent bug in the report generator caused many to be listed with
numbers prior to what they achieved in 2007, and, a few were not listed
at all. And, many were properly listed so there is no discernible
pattern here.

Since the problem is more widespread that we first thought publishing a
correction in /QST/ later this year will not be possible.

We have a revised report and we are currently looking at adding it to
the 2007 DXCC yearbook. The yearbook was delayed as we went from 32
pages to 40 pages and we are now hoping to get it into 44 pages but this
is subject to change. Once we determine how/where it will be published I
will post a note to the blog, so please keep posted to this page.

If you receive questions on this please refer them to the DXCC blog page
as I have posted a memo there on this issue. I have a too many e-mails
to be able to quickly respond to everyone.

Note…The numbers in DXCC are fine. It is just the way the report
generator extracted data from DXCC that is the issue here.

We regret any inconvenience caused by this, but with nearly 8,000 lines
of data in the raw report it is not possible to select and review each
and every account.
