[ADXA] Annual Meeting

It would be great if members would do something akin to an RSVP for the
Annual Banquet.  It's not a binding contract..I just need to give the
caterer a head count by Wednesday.  If you plan (or hope) to bring guests
please let me know that at well.  You can send to my e-mail if you like

Looking forward to seeing everyone and listening to all the bragging on
