[ADXA] 20m problem solution

Thanks to Rich Duncan, who had a similiar problem in Hawaii, the solution
turned out to be really simple (thank goodness!).

The problem was that whenever I keyed the transceiver on 20m, it would
automatically shut itself off. I would turn the PS off, back on, and the
radio would be ok. Only happened on 20m. Never had this issue before.

When I set up for my operating, I set up the radio, PS, and antenna tuner
on whatever table is available at the qth.

Rich suggested I separate the PS from the radio as far as possible. I
ended up putting the PS in a chair as far as the connection cable to both
the local power and the radio would allow. I don't know the technical
reason why... but that solved it.
