Greetings fellow dxers,
 
Regarding DXCC card checking at Hamcom, normal field checking rules will 
apply. What this means is that no cards for 160m, deleted entities, or 
older than ten years will be checked. If you want to have these cards 
checked, you have a few choices. One, you can send your submission to 
ARRL headquarters. Two, you can wait for an attended event somewhere. 
Three, you can make a submission without these cards. If you still want 
to have these cards checked, they cannot be part of a Hamcom submission 
but rather a second, separate submission. I apologize for the 
inconvenience but the ARRL DXCC staff has opted to not attend Hamcom 
this year. With that said, I still hope to see you all at Hamcom. The 
W5DXCC program will be second to none and the doorprizes will have you 
drooling with desire.
