[ADXA] Web page problems resolved

The problems with accessing the ADXA webpage have been resolved.  I've
upload much of what Wayne had and I'm in the process of updating it.  
 
Some stuff works other stuff doesn't.  I'm working on it.  Give me a week or
two before you start reporting what you find that doesn't work.
