The following is the reply I received from Paul, AF5M, concerning my 
question as how to get to Pavillion 11. Hope this is helpful;

Hello Martin,

You are right..The pavillion is north of Interstate 40. When you come off
the exit on the north side, turn right into Burns Park, then take the
next right up the hill to pavillion 11 which is on top of the hill which
it shares with an overlook. You won't be crowded in up there as it is the
only pavillion on the hill.

Myrtle and I will be out of town, so give our best to everyone and tell
them we will miss seeing them
