Hi ADXA and OKDXA Gang,

Sorry for a non DX posting, but our own Clifton Sikes will be at Fort
Smith's Arkiecon speaking on "Operating for Fun" this weekend at the QRP
forums.  This certainly fits well doesn't it?  Clifton leads the pack
starting at 9:00 a.m..  Clifton will be in great company so come hang with
us, you will be glad you did!

Also another talk that may interest some of you DXers is Tom Schiller from
Force 12 on "Team Vertical".  Team Vertical holds all the records on CQ WW
in the QRP category using the Elecraft K2 QRP rigs and along with verticals
for their antennas (of course Force 12, hi).  Tom's 75m QRP record even
beats the all time low power score.  Tom's forum starts at 1:00 pm.

So if your not heading to Belton or Joplin, come on over to Fort Smith to
hear Clifton.  I guarantee he will make you have that novice feeling again!
